Customer-facing problem By Rostfrei steels Private Limited

Rostfrei Steels Private Limited is not doing its work and the responsibilities correctly. There are many problems facing by ordering the Tanks like GLS Tanks, Silo Tanks, etc. When if ordered an item is not coming at the correct time and it is coming very late delivery. 

All are suffering a lot due to the late delivery, and before choosing an item they are saying it's a good quality product and it is so strong and unbreakable but after receiving that product it is not having a quality and low quality used by them during manufacturing the products.

After keeping the tanks and pipes correctly also there is getting some leakage problems and also after tightening the nuts and bolts also the galvanization issue to occurring. 

Another one you know it's not at all fair for them if we ordered one product sometimes it will get another product in delivery means wrong item delivery issue. What is this? like that if we asked so they will not even lift the call also like this there are so many problems are there.

The problem there means no problem but one time or two times means its ok. but they are doing every time.
